Our continued commitment to our staff’s mental wellbeing is easily demonstrated through our dedicated resource. Richard, our in-house counsellor runs regular mentoring sessions with all staff, his time is focused on identifying work related opportunities and development needs but is also on hand to help with any wellbeing concerns.
Our online staff Wellbeing Centre is split into four wonderful areas, Move – Munch – Money – Mind and all of them have a part to play as we strive to be better versions of ourselves. Everyone benefits when wellbeing is made easy, and the Wellbeing Centre delivers just that. Move encourages staff to get active, Munch focuses on healthy eating, Money looks at financial wellbeing and Mind concentrates on your mental health.
