We have a ‘family business ethos’ where everyone is treated with respect. This includes apprentices at the beginning of their career and senior craftspeople that work two or three days a week as they pass on their knowledge to the younger generations.
We have monthly open discussion forums to pass useful information from one team to another. We also have a highly successful constant improvement suggestions system that allows everyone to play their part in developing the company.
